Healing Happens in Community
Group Therapy for connection, reflection, and growth
Group therapy can be a powerful fit if you want to grow alongside others who understand what it’s like to be human in all its complexity.
My groups are inclusive spaces for neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and ENM adults — as well as anyone looking for authentic connection, emotional regulation, and support in navigating relationships or identity.
Whether you’re exploring self-acceptance, learning new communication tools, or wanting to feel less alone, group therapy offers community, compassion, and perspective.
What to expect
Each group is a mix of connection, reflection, and skill-building. We’ll explore how you relate to yourself and others, using curiosity and compassion as guides.
Sessions include guided discussion, experiential exercises, and opportunities to share and learn from each other. Every group is intentionally designed to be inclusive, trauma-informed, and affirming — a place where difference is celebrated and everyone’s experience matters. Groups vary in frequency, sometimes meeting weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on the topic.
My approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, and somatic work to support both personal and relational growth. You’ll leave with greater self-awareness, emotional regulation tools, and a sense of belonging.
Group therapy is a powerful way to grow — not because it’s easy, but because it’s real. Healing happens when we share space, listen, and learn together.
New groups are forming soon. You’re invited to join the interest list to be the first to know when openings become available.
