Individual Counseling
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, identity questions, or simply trying to feel more at home in yourself, therapy can help you slow down and reconnect with what matters.
I’m a relational therapist trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My goal is to create a grounded, collaborative space where you can explore your inner world, better understand your emotions, and build strategies that actually work for your brain and your life.
Who I work with
I work with adults who are ready to feel more connected, confident, and aligned in their lives.
I specialize in supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ adults and teens, people exploring ethical non-monogamy (ENM), and parents of neurodivergent or queer kids who want to show up with compassion and clarity.
I also welcome anyone navigating anxiety, identity development, burnout, or self-esteem challenges. Therapy here is affirming, collaborative, and focused on creating real-world change.
How we will work together
Our work together will be guided by your goals and pace. My role is to help you understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and to support you in finding new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, and somatic approaches — models that invite curiosity, compassion, and connection between mind and body. You’ll learn how to meet different parts of yourself with care, regulate emotions more effectively, and create change that feels sustainable.
Sessions are collaborative and grounded. We’ll balance reflection and insight with practical tools so you can feel more centered both in and outside of therapy.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Showing up, exactly as you are, is enough.
Together, we’ll explore what’s been hard, what’s been helping, and what you’d like to feel differently. You deserve support that celebrates who you are and helps you move toward a life that feels aligned, connected, and whole.
