Wired Differently

A 6-week virtual group for neurodivergent couples who sometimes feel like they're speaking completely different languages.

Virtual • Fall 2026 • Washington State

Does this sound familiar?

Same argument, different day.
You keep finding yourselves in different versions of the same conflict.

One needs space. The other needs reassurance.
One of you needs time to process while the other wants connection or resolution.

Feedback feels bigger than feedback.
A request can quickly turn into defensiveness, shame, rejection, or overwhelm.

Everyday life becomes relationship stuff.
Planning, remembering, chores, transitions, and follow-through carry emotional weight.

You both mean well... so why isn't this working?
You both have good intentions and still end up feeling misunderstood.
